I think Thor cull pull off a win on Hulk on the right day with his mental advantage, flight, hammer and lightning even though he can't really hurt Hulk all that much with Lightning so I would say this fight would take a while maybe even a few days. As for the Dark Knight Batman, after a point in time, always carries Kryptonite in his belt so if it after that Superman is f***ed and before that Batman would prob get away somehow and find Kryptonite fast, Batman knows about exploiting weakness and couldn't help but capitalize on it.
