Hello. And welcome to 'How to get all the trophies of Harmony of Despair really easily', the Thread. Now before I begin, I would like you to know that I am pretty sure that these are the same for the 360 version so it should help everyone, I don't have a 360, and have never played the 360 one. If there are any differences in the 360 version, please let me know in a reply.

There are not many trophies in Harmony of Despair. In fact it is a very low amount at 12. This games trophies are not too hard to get, but I thought I might make a guide for those who have that one trophy that has been annoying them. Without further ado, let's begin.

Lifeguard is pretty easy to get. All you have to do is resurrect someone. When someone dies, they become a skeleton. They have a halo above their head so you don't mistake them for a normal one. When you have the water of life item (Which is in the achievement icon) just walk over to someone who is a skeleton and press the R2 button. They will be revived back to their normal character.

Slick Kick is not too easy to do, and will require practice (or luck). Getting this achievement requires you to kill a boss with a slide attack which is done by pressing X while crouching. The challenge is to make sure that the kick will kill the boss. The easiest boss to do this on it the first one, Gergoth. Fight him like you normally would, but once he has fell, try to destroy the armor on his legs as this will reveal his weak spot. You slide kicks will do a lot more damage there. Just keep doing that when you feel he is low on health and you should get the achievement easily. Oh, and if you don't know the exact length of a slide kick, then you will slide through him, and take damage afterwards, so it is recommended to have a lot of defense if you try this.

Bone Cold Justice is rather easy if you know how. To get this achievement, deflect a skeleton's bone back at it and kill it. It is highly likely you will get this achievement accidentally, but if you don't then I recommend a vertically striking weapon as it will be easier to hit the bone. A bone will only deflect if it is going up, as if it is going down then it will just be destroyed. Just keep trying to hit the bone that the skeleton throws the moment it throws it and you will eventually manage the trophy.

Grim Synergy is an achievement that will require a good ally, as it requires killing a boss with a dual crush. A Dual Crush is an attack that requires two people, and depending on the characters, will unleash a nuke-like attack on the enemies in the room. Like all boss based achievements, this one is easiest on the first boss. As you would with Slick Kick, fight him until you feel he is low on health and then initiate the dual crush. If he doesn't die, try again. Dual Crushes use up MP so you will likely have to wait, dodging the bosses attacks while it comes back. I recommend taking a mana restoring item. when you start the level.

Poetic Justice is unlocked by killing an ally who has been seduced. Only two bosses can seduce players. Dracula, who is on stage 6 will start using a seduce attack in his third form, forcing female allies that get hit by it to attack their own team. It is recommended to have a female ally get herself on low health when Dracula gets to his third form, and then make sure she gets hit. She will then be easy to kill and then the trophy will get unlocked. Astarte, on stage 7 will do the same attack, except this time it only affects male characters. The same strategy is recommended.

Vampire Hunter is obtained by beating Chapter 6's boss, Dracula. I will give a short guide on how to beat him. His first form is standard, and will be easy for any Castlevania fan. He will teleport to different parts of the room, throwing hellfire and inferno spells. Sometimes he will use a fire pillar attack, similar to that in Castlevania 3. Just keep hitting his head. A good strategy is to jump kick his head as you will dodge his attacks too. His second form is also common to the Castlevania series, a giant bat demon thing taken straight out of Rondo of Blood. His attacks are the same as in Symphony of the Night. He will shoot a fireball at the floor creating a wave of fire, simply jump over this, he will shoot a large laser beam (because why the hell not) like how Gergoth in stage one does, and summon ghosts that chase players down. For the laser beam, time your jump or use the Medusa Head soul as Soma Cruz. He will also jump to the opposite side of the room. Just time a slide to dodge this. His third form, which is the final boss from Symphony of the Night will swing claws at you, which can be jumped or ducked, he will fire triangles in the direction of players, and fires out his hearts, which seduce female characters. His triangle attack is dodged by running to the side of the room, and double jumping and doing a jump kick down to go down quickly. Do this to a rhythm to easily dodge his triangles, and his heart attack is dodged by a quick jump or slide past the hearts. He also has the fire pillar spell, but this will create fire pillars under your feet, so keep moving during this, he can also shoot a fireball down to create waves like his second form, and he will sometimes create purple lines in all directions. Get between these lines to dodge the attack. He has a much more powerful spell attack, which he announces called Demonic Megiddo. This will create a large, black ball that almost fills the room. Go to the wall or door to dodge. He will sometimes boost his resistances. When he is dark blue, his physical resistance goes up, and when he is light blue, he becomes immune to spells.

Grasshopper is unlocked by jump kicking 30 times without landing. This is easily done on the first boss, but do it quickly. This is done by pressing down and jump while in the air. If you are hit in the air, you will have to do it again. Just keep trying until it unlocks. Apparently, though I haven't tried this, it works if you jump kick on an ally.

Boned is unlocked by killing a boss in 6 player online, while 5 of these players are dead. I recommend having 5 of the players intentionally kill themselves as soon as the boss is available to fight, and having them keep out the fight, while the one living player fights the boss. Easiest on Gergoth.

Pack Rat is unlocked by getting a total of about 300 different items. You are allowed to sell items, as this is accumulative. You will need to play multiple characters to do this. Buying some from the shop helps too. This isn't just items. Things such as souls, spells, and glyphs all count towards this.

Wicked Deep Pockets is unlocked by having one million gold at once. The best way to get this is to pick up all the gold that you find, and selling all the crap that you don't want. You CANNOT buy and items. I can't really tell you more than that. Just keep playing without buying items and you will get this one easily.

Slaughtervania is unlocked by getting ten thousand kills. The best way to get this is to keep playing as much as you can until you get it. I can't give any real guidance to this. Play as much as you can, and you will get this trophy. Kills from any characters count towards this, so play who you like.

Hunter Legend is unlocked by beating hard mode. Hard mode is just the same as normal, except the enemies do more damage and take more hits. Nothing besides that is really different. This one is based purely on your skill. Playing through in a full team online really helps. I recommend farming equipment to beat this though.

Thank you for reading through this. If you have any suggestions or anything you want to add to this guide, reply or send me a message.
