So the problem I'm having is changing the controls. What happens is I double click and pull the controls up, any I click and try to edit turn into D. I tried closing the game and Internet Explorer. It only is happening to games on the gbc and gb, If anyone could help it would be appreciated!

You can either try playing on a different browser, firefox or chrome are good choices,
Or you can re-download the rgr plugin that tents to fix the majority of problems related to controls.

I tried downloading the plugin again and did nothing. I have chrome and explorer and the problem consists. I have found a way to change the controls thought. When I try changing them to any key, they key comes up then change to D. If I change the key and click away it works. At this point its more of a slight inconvenience then a problem. Thank you for the help.

kanbay2 : A number of users have reported this same issue. In your situation you would be better served to use the alternate emulator for Gameboy and Gameboy advanced games.

To use, just load a game like you normally would, then click the link that says "Play using Mednafen" in the upper left hand corner of the game window.

This emulator should allow you to register controls with no problem.

It also supports full-screen by holding Alt+Enter on your computer keyboard.
