Spider-man, Spider-man, Does what ever a Spider can, Spins a web any size, catches thieves just like flies, look out...........here comes the SPIDER-MAN!!!!!!!

Hey guys, this is my review of Spider-man for the Nintendo 64, I once had it for the PS when I was a child and man, I loved it, but I no longer had the copy ever since I got a bad report card once, and that was the last time I got to play that game for the PS, but then my uncle once got it for the PC for me to play it on, that was some good nostalgia, now I have it for the Nintendo 64 (yes, I have the actual cartridge) and it's a really great game, the graphics may be blocks and fake out orbs, but it was impressive back then so I can't really complain.

Game play wise, it's fun, just swinging from building to building, beating up bad guys, doing the whole super hero thing, Blah blah blah, but it is fun none the less, oh and the weird thing is, it CLAIMS to be free roaming, but when u actually DO roam around the level, the spider compass scolds at you for doing so, and a sad thing is that you won't be able to get on the ground, it's covered by this fog that was released by
Doctor Octopus and Carnage which infects everyone, and once you do try to go down to the streets, GAME OVER!!!!!

Musically Speaking, eh the tunes are catchy, I even like the music that plays when u beat up the bank robbers in Hostage Situation and Stop the bomb, I even like the music in the Race to the Bugle level, so why not just give the music a listen, you might like it.

It's a good thing to play this game again and again when you're bored with everything else, in fact, I would play this all up until I'm DEAD, all because this game is awesome.

The story is top-notch, like, get this, Peter Parker, better known as Spider-Man, attends a science expo of the year 2000 by the supposedly reformed Dr. Octopus, and Edward Brock Junior is taking pictures of the expo in hopes of getting his job back at the Daily Bugle, but then suddenly, an impostor Spider-man appears on stage, when Eddie Brock discovers the impostor thinking that he's the real Spider-man, he thought "NOW'S MY CHANCE" and he started taking pictures, and while Peter was trying to get out of the crowd to get into the Spider-man costume to take out the impostor, he bumped in to Eddie, but Eddie wasn't paying attention to Peter, he just went back to taking pictures of the impostor stealing the device that is on stage, only to get his camera destroyed by the impostor, and right when Eddie was worried he was going to get fired again, he lost control of the Venom goo and he let loose and BOOM, Venom Rises again, and he is determined to kill Spider-man for what he did. During that, Dr. Octopus REALLY had a secret evil plan (whoops, I should have known a REFORMED Dr. Octopus was too good to be true) He and Carnage unleashed a poisonous gas that fogs up the city and it infects everyone, and it's about to turn everyone into symbiotic monsters, will Spider-man find out who framed him, will he stop Dr. Octopus's plan of world domination and clear his name, find out in Spider-man for the Nintendo 64, or PS, or Sega Dream cast.

The depth of the levels aren't too bad, but not too good either, if I were them, I would add more buildings to make it seem less empty.

The difficulty is not too bad, but there is a difficulty setting for easy, normal, or hard, but if a little kid is playing this, I recommend the kid puts it on Kid mode, it lowers the difficulty to the point which is recommended for younger players.

Overall, the game is awesome, remember kids, before you pick up a copy of the new Halo, or Call of Duty, or Grand Theft Auto, give this game a shot, you might like it, I highly recommend this game to children of all ages and teens and adults of any kind. I give this a perfect score of 10 out of 10.
