Ok, being a big fan of robot combat I just had to check this game out. In the end though I have to give it a low overall rating due to a few things. While the graphics are good for what you'd expect from a game boy era game, and the sound was great. I had to give the addictiveness a low score. The game didn't really draw me in to want to keep playing, I was ready to put it down after only a few fights. That was in part due to the games difficulty witch is fairly high. The options you have to make your bot with all seemed to be really under-powered compared to the computer opponents. Also this game pretty much has no story or depth, with a low amount of starting cash to make your bot with, and getting even less from fights, be prepared to die hard and often. If you're unlucky there will be many restarts for you too, when you get into a cycle of having a destroyed weapon, yet can't afford to buy a new one, and the game won't let you go into a fight without it to even try to earn any more funds. In the end this game is really only for the most die hard bot fans, hard to learn controls, overly difficult opponents, and only having a one shot try at making your bot, all add up for a frustrating game.
