Ok, before I tell John to stop being so closed minded or whatever I'm going to ask him to show evidence of his claim that American companies cannot afford this because of mal-practice suites, prove that it is liberals and then show, with evidence, that the media, in general, blew the situation out of proportion.

By evidence I mean articles like he showed in the first one. And after posting the link, take out specific quotes to support yourself. In fact, I think I'm going to place this guideline in the rules section for the debate forum.

If you can do all of this John then fine. All that aside, you need to stop insulting others personally. Illogical, or you logic needs to be brushed up and stuff like that is fine, but don't call others idiots when they disagree.

As for the subject. I can't say much to be honest. I hardly heard anything about it at all. I saw it on the news a couple times when they showed long lines of people at places offerings the shots but they were all old people so I figured a conclusion on the subject for myself instead of listening. I wasn't all that interested in it.

But none of them suggest we don't have enough money due to them to supply our own vaccines.
If we can spend billions in Iraq, I think we can afford our own vaccines.


There's nothing wrong with malpractice suits mainly due to the health care in this country.

I didn't say we dont have enuf money to supply our own. I said that american companies do not want to make them because of the malpractice suits.

John, find me an instance where ANYONE has sued malpractice because of an improperly administered flu vaccine. Fear of lawsuits in NO WAY correlates to the shortage of vaccine this year.

No, You're doing the equivilant of me quoting Michael Moore in this thread. While I agree with him on pretty much all grounds of his beliefs. His opinions are just that. Opinions.

Pretty much every article you post is from someone voicing said opinions and not a real news article.

Present a real bit of scientific or news related info with raw info. THEN voice your opinion. Don't let an article do it for you. Especially one that's slanted like that.

I would never link you to the democratic website, or Michael Moore's website. Show me the same bit of respect. Atleast in this forum.
