Its just crazy and yet sometimes the tv just makes its way into my dream also YES I HAVE MET A TERRIBLE FATE I MEAN THE ENTIRE WORLD EXPLODED!

Yes I slept a lot with the t.v on except Friday and Saturday. Most of the show is okay and some are worst. So every single night I slept with the t.v on. So It even to let someone else to watch their favorite show. So I usually turn off the t.v.when I get to tired.

tbh, this is the kind of thing that really irks people in europe. We've been reducing our energy consumption year on year but its futile because it goes up year on year in america. Leaving the tv on is a massive waste.
Over here its typically light off when you leave a room, turn off the tv at the wall if youre done watching(since standby still uses power).
Still, here we're aiming for 100% renewable by 2020 so it wont be our problem when the oils gone.

2. Me and my brother were playing Pokemon Stadium once. Our dad said to turn off the T.V. and help him wash his car. We turned off the T.V. and went to help him. We went to sleep after that. When I woke up, it was, like, 5:00 am and I turned on the T.V. to play some wrestling games.
Instead, I saw a Hypno in battle. XD I scared the living crud out me and I smash the T.V. with a pillow. I never turned on that T.V. ever again...

In the past I have slept with the T.V on, it was the only way I could sleep. However now I can't sleep with any source of light in my room. The room has to be pitch black before I can sleep. I also sleep with the blankets over my face so I can't see anything - reducing the light. So, I can't sleep with the T.V on anymore!

I pop in ear/noise reduction plugs, fix the channel to static, jack in head phones from my t.v. to my plugged ears, then turn the volume on full till the noise of every day life is silenced in this Artificial Silence.

It is a good practice if you want to stay on a tight schedule.

Tip: Set your phone alarm on vibrate and alarm and attach it to your head phones cable.

If you have a person to wake you?
Use em till they quit.

Good Luck.
