  My favorite handheld is any of the nintndo ds family systems. By this I mean the Ds lite. I haven't tried any other ds system in my life. I also like its older counterparts, the Gameboy Advance Sp and the Gameboy color. I especially like my pokemon styled gameboy color because I find it pretty cool.

Of this generation it's easily the 3DS. I don't see how you can question it, even with a somewhat small library there are a bunch of awesome games (Fire Emblem Awakening, Super Mario 3D Land, Resident Evil: Revelations, Kid Icarus Uprising, etc.), and while it's not technically as powerful as the Vita, I have yet to meet anyone that cares at all.

I mean who expected that second screen to really catch on? Now it's hard for me to imagine on-the-go gaming without it. Perhaps a few years down the road the 3DS will surpass it, but for now the DS's library trumps its successor, and rightfully so.

My favorite would ether have to be the Sega game gear or Game boy color, most of the game gear games are better and I like the way the game gear looks plus if you have the Sega master system converter you can play master system games on it. I like the game boy color because I was the hand held I had as a kid and the Pokémon games are good, but I think I would have to pick the game gear as my favorite
