I just bought the Pokedex 3D Pro app off of the Nintendo E-Shop, and I thought I should share my opinions on it so that you can decide whether or not to buy it.
If you have/had the Pokedex 3D app, you can skip to the next paragraph. This section talks about the original features. Pokedex 3D is an application for 3ds, and is used to view your favorite Pokemon and their stats in 3D. You can rotate, zoom in, etc. to view your pokemon like never before. You can also use the AR viewer, which lets you create a 3D model of any pokemon in the real world.
The Pro version has added many new features. Not only does it have ALL of the pokemon (with the exeption of Genesect) but it adds more things like the Move Dex and the Challenge mode, which lets you test your knowledge on Pokemon by answering a series of questions. When you view a pokemon in the regular dex, it says the pokemon's name out-loud (similar to the tv show), which finally ends the debate of how to pronounce the names of different pokemon.
Their are 2 different versions of this: The 3DS version, and the iOS version (iPod, iPhone, etc). I suggest that you buy the 3DS. While it is a slightly expensive $15 in the E-Shop, the iOS is only $1.99. But, it only comes with the Unova region. If you buy all the regions, which are $5 each, that would total to over $20! That is a ridiculous price, considering that it is nowhere near as good as the 3DS version.
If you are a fan of pokemon, I highly suggest this. I actually am surprised with it, I didn't think it would be worth the money, but I was wrong. If you have a 3ds and don't know what to get from the E-Shop, GET THIS APP!
