Graphics its much cleaner and better  looking than the original  genesis port  it looks similar to  the pc version 

Sound  Probe Software tryed to recycle most of the tiny genesis sound with more arcade effects with makes the game more enjoyable 
the soundtrack pretty much the same

Addictiveness   since it has more sound effect and cleaner graphics plus the smoothness of the original megadrive port  its really more of a  great experience  

Story has the arcade story   with the genesis soundtrack of course  however it doesnt have the arcade endings thats pretty disappointing
Depth same stuff as the megadrive  port  however the code is changed

Difficulty the game is much easier than the original megadrive port and easier than the snes port   i had a easier time defeating kintaro on this port 

Overall its really great port  however if you have a snes port stick with that
