And why exactly did you do auto load...?

That's a bad idea. Auto saving and auto loading with emulators is always a mistake because it'll save/load at the wrong times and mess stuff up. Just save and load normally.

All you have to use is f to save and if that doesn't work try pressing escape key and there should be save and then click it and it should save automatically and then your done.
