Hello all, and sorry for the bother, but this has been a problem of mine with any of the Sonic games I've tried playing the past few days, when I've been signed in. My controls don't work, my saved game progress doesn't work (I click F4, but the screen is frozen; when I open a game, I have no control of the functions, rendering my ability to play the games completely moot). It's befuddling, because when I log out, I regain control of these functions without the slightest difficulty.

I suppose I ask about this, because I'm wondering if I've done anything with my account to, in effect, bar me from being able to play. Any and all help would be appreciated.

ItsNotAdamCopeland : Have you been trying to play with a PC Controller? If you did that you should plug it in the USB Port before playing a Game as in click "Play Game" and have you configured your Controller yet? If you don't know how to do that you double click the Game Screen when you are playing a Game. Have you got a Save State yet for the Game you have been playing? If you don't know how to Save State you press F2. If you press F4 before you Save State the Game will just freeze. I hope this helps you and good luck.

I don't use any special controllers. I use the keyboard and the simple functions of that. I have never altered the keyboard settings in any game I play, be it on Chrome or Firefox (I primarily use Firefox). I have had save state's previously, across at least three different games (including Sonic 1 and the Sonic 2Z hack), and the game froze mid-stream on me, and the previously saved states of those games were also frozen.

I even sold my saved state on 2Z earlier to see if that helped, but it didn't. As I said previously, what baffles me the most is that if I log out, 2Z (among other games) becomes instantly playable. It's kinda why I wonder if I got something screwed up with my account.

Other users have reported this and I'm not sure what causes the problem, but it might be resolved with the Mednafen emulator from the link in the top right of the play window.
