Yeah, so I've been trying to play some of the genesis titles, but I find the controls to be more than a bit screwy.

For one, I'm completely unable to move diagonally.

The controls seem to lag more frequently than what is tolerable.

I can't get the window to open in full screen mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

alright. to edit your controls, you double click the screen, then edit them to your liking.

to open up the screen in full mode, click the maximize button, or try F7 (I think that is it... try F7 to F11), or choose full screen mode when you open up the game if it lets you.

The RGR Plugin is built on the Gens emulator which doesn't support diagonal control.


Also there isn't support for fullscreen in the RGR except for super nintendo.

Yeah it doesn't support diagonal control for neither a keyboard or a controller.

You could however get a program called JoytoKey that I'll upload for you here:

If you have a gamepad (like my 360 controller), you could set the move to analog stick, and when you move it to diagonal, will 'press' both movement buttons. At least that's how I managed to get mine to work.
