In Massachusetts (home, sweet home!) you are still allowed to have a duel at noon in front of the capitol building.

Dumb laws in georgia: all people must own a rake
one may not sit on another mans back

Bubble gam is banned from my place , not really dumb because people in singapore used to litter bubble gam everywhere (I think sometime when the MRT train transport 1st opened it got banned ) .
