I remember that ever since i was younger, i played the original summon night. it was so addicting i played it even in school! this newer version of summon night is almost twice as hard to beat (At least for me). I still haven't beaten the first boss, but thats what makes it fun...is the challenge! the story line isn't complex, and you wouldn't need to have played the first summon night in order to understand this plot line. This is what makes the game enjoyable, because whether your an old timer, or a newcomer, you can play until your hearts content! The graphics are chibi, and not 3d, which brings us back to the old school days where we thought these graphics were pretty amazing. I also really enjoy the fighting style. Unlike pokemon, this is not a turn based game. This game relies entirely upon your skill on the computer. Involves you pressing buttons to swing at the targeted enemy while your either jumping in the air, or summoning your guardian beast. This was a new style of playing for me when i was a teenager, and i still find it quite enjoyable. Well...enough of my ranting! please, enjoy the game!

mscoral : I'm sorry, but this isn't a "actual" review. It's just you talking about how you like it. A game review is: (1) You describing the graphics, story, replay level, controls and sound. (2) You have to include the "ups-and-downs" of the game. RARELY! Is a game a amazing, flawless masterpiece. (3) Talk about what gamer audiences the game would appeal too!

Sorry if you feel discouraged, it's just, this isn't a review. But keeping trying and you'll do fine!
