Where to start. I honestly could not find one good thing to say about this game. The graphics were sloppy, the language is excessive where it did not need to be, and it's practically a terrible version of the original game, "the blazing sword". When I say this, I mean just that. The characters were the same (with changed hair color or maybe clothing), the maps were the same (the characters start in the exact same spot as in the original game as well as the enemies), some classes were different, but they still followed the same principles of classes that already existed (for instance: You obtain a unit called a "peer", which is basically just a swordsmaster with very crappy stats; You start out with a "princess" who is basically a level 1 mage). Some of the units don't even have a description for their name and class-it will just show a blank white description box. In the third mission, you get a killing edge and in the fourth mission, you can buy an unlimited amount of "Heaven Seals" for 0gp each. What annoyed me more than anything was how the "end turn" option was removed from the options list-which means to end your turn, every single unit has to move or be told to "wait" every single turn. I guess I was just sort of looking for something new, but this was definitely not what I had hoped for. I have to say, I was quite generous with my ratings and I believe this game needs some serious work, including being finished.
