So Square finally made their announcement after 7 days on their countdown.

Indeed it is a TWEWY game, however it's a game for IOS. I am not sure if anything is the same, but from what I've heard all the mechanics are different.

I DO understand it's not their fault fans expected a sequel whilst they did not make one, but there are two things I am pissed about...

1) They went through all this hype for a damn IOS game that more than half the fans won't even download

and...

2) They just officially made what as a Nintendo exclusive an exclusive no more. Yes, I know it's Square's decision and everything, but it just pisses me off that when Nintendo finally gets a good IP after a while, Square, again, gives the middle finger to Nintendo and goes somewhere else. It's just how I feel about it. If you feel different, oh well, it's only an opinion, and you don't have to take mine any more serious than you take the next person's.

Edit: Now they decided to put a timer back on. 30 minutes till out next announcement. I could have been wrong, but it still is no longer and exclusive regardless =.

My favourite part is when they could have tried split screen on the iPad version but didn't even bother!

while it may be good to expand your IP across various systems and operating systems did anyone down at squeenix do ANY research into why this would be a terrible idea? It just shows how original these guys are getting.

Edit: 20 bux. And i thought it wasn't possible to be more disappointed after the announcement.
