Basically, I'm trying to make a video game. I'm leaning more on a rpg but would like for it to be mmorpg eventually. I am in need of a staff because I plan on making it rival games like Runescape. I would also like to have a battle system similar to Legend of Dragoon (ps1) which is a turn based rpg or a free-roaming battle system like in Skyrim . Now for the fun info, I have no story or even a title so there is a lot of room for anything anyone can offer. If your trying to get into collage for game design, this will surely add to your portfolio. I have made a few 2d levels and a 3d level using the free trial of various software and I was the assistant head story writer for a fan based sequel when I was 16 (I'm 24 almost 25 now) If you have no experience, that's okay.
I need writers (main/side story), graphics design (level and character), sound (audio and voice caption), programmers. At some point, someone that can test to see if it works on different screen sizes and resolutions, make sure all inputs work (there are 2 plus a third that I cant remember that is rare). Testers are not needed yet but eventually.
I can't pay anyone nor can I hook you up with software. I do have access to fruity loops producer edition which is used for making beats and sounds and a personal friend that gets paid to do hip hop so if you want sound, I'll send you the program and I'm sure he knows people that do other genres of music if need be although I can't imagine his music in a rpg, it most likely wouldn't fit. If this does get to be a mmorpg like I would like to to be, all of us will get paid from players that invest for premium stuff and ads but that will take years depending on how involved we are as a team.
I am going to make a forum for it within the next couple days for those that are working on the project and people that just want to see where it goes. If your interested in volunteering and being a staff member, pm me which position you want. Most will have a team on the same thing. I'll also post the forum that is going to be dedicated to the game when I make it (after I verify if it's okay).
