There's not a whole lot of lead in to be done here... if you are reading this thread, you've probably played the first or second, or both games already. If you haven't... do yourselves a favor and pick them up.
This is the third (and final... I think) game in the Uncharted Main Series trilogy.
So without further ado...
Graphics - 9
This was Uncharted at it's best, and the graphics were no exception. Uncharted 2 felt like a loop of buildings at time. Uncharted 3 looked simply amazing. The cities looked alive, and the were times I felt like I was in the desert. Emphasis on Nathan Drake was also very nice. You really need to play it to feel it.
Sound - 9.5
Uncharted has always had a soundtrack fitting of it's gameplay. This time is again, no exception. It stuck to the same formula that made Uncharted 2 amazing, and the soundtrack was pretty damn good. It could be one or two songs, and fool me. But that's how deep the game is. You just don't care what the game is playing. Sound effects such as minimal grunts and shots sounded good enough for me.
Addictiveness - 8
I wanted to beat this game in one sitting. The game helped me accomplish this by being as enjoyable as possible. It was basically an interactive movie, seamless and making me feel like I'm involved in the story. Just every aspect kept me interested. The story, the gameplay, the music. In short, it was... addicting.
Depth - 7
This is the weakest part of the game. Aside from the story and the trophies, there isn't a whole lot you can do. Once it's done it's done. There's not a lot to say on the subject. I won't be looking much more into this game, may be an easy platinum.
Story - 10
This is the perfect end to the Uncharted series. Everything about the game cried yes to me. So much is told, and none of it will be said in this review. The only thing I will share is a quote from the game, which is quoted by somebody or other in real life. "Sic parvis magna" or "Great things from small beginnings". I love this story, and once I shed a tear. It's not easy to make me cry playing a game, but this one succeeded in making me shed one tear. I think that counts for something. Simply one of the most beautiful ends to a beautiful series ever.
Difficulty - ranges from 3-10
This game is dreadfully easy if you play it on Easy Mode. This game is painfully difficult if you play it on Crushing. Normal will be tough enough for most players. There are few times I died in my plathrough, and none of those times were in gunfights. Play through it and you will understand.
Overall - 10
This gets the "Leggy Stamp of Approval". If it weren't for Skyrim, this would be my pick for game of the year, hands down. But enough about Skyrim.... never before have I been so satisfied with going to a store at midnight to pick up a game. I'm glad I played this in one sitting. I'm glad I shelled out 60 bucks for this. This is a game worth the 60 it costs. I haven't even tried multiplayer yet... so you may find it worth more than I do.
This game is a reccomendation from me, and another reason why the PS3 kicks the 360's ass.
