I pronounce Arceus as [ Ark - ee - us ] but i realized that it was really pronounced as [ ar - see - us ] .. I didn't hear saying the " Arceus " word in the Anime series so i don't really know how to read " Arceus " .. I just pronounce Pokemon names in how it is spelled ..  Such as " suicune " , I pronounce " suicune " as [ swi - kun ] not [ swee - sun ] .. I guess pronouncing the right pronunciation of the pokemon names really doesn't matter if your the only one in your room . It only matters when you have some one with you , because they will just tease you because of your wrong pronunciations ..

I am very confused because at the first battle revolution saying "Ar-see-us", then the trailer for the 12th movie saying "ar-say-us" now an official rep of pokemon USA saying "ARK-ee-us" . But I think it is really pronounced as Ark-ee-us !

The first Pokémon game that I had was P M D Blue Rescue Team and it has ruined the way I pronounce certain names. I pronounce Kyogre as "Kai- Rouge" (with rouge pronounced as to mean loner rather than whatever else it could possibly mean) and it rhymes with how I pronounce Tyrouge, the pre-evo of the hitmons (chan, lee, top). I also have a habit of butchering their names as bad.
