Madden NFL 12 is the most dynamic football experience ever released on any console to date. You have the ability to play football using the sticks, instead of risking injury (unless you happen to strain a pectoral muscle --like my brother-- while playing). This game includes the roster from the 2011-2012 NFL season, so you can play as Cam Newton or other rookies in the game. Not only can you do that, but you can create your own team online and compete with other people or against COMs. This game offers many different challenges for you to do and have fun doing.
Graphics 8: The graphics are very good in this game, but I have the same problem with this game as I have with MLB '12 the Show. The faces in this game are not realistic at all and scare me at some times. Despite that, though, the creators of this game had the right idea in recreating the stadiums in such a way that they look just like the real ones.
Sound 10: Just like MLB '12 the Show, the game has amazing sounds. First off, the music is absolutely amazing. I love listening to some songs so much that I will buy them off of iTunes, which is what I did with Mind Your Manners. Not only that, but the commentaries are not as good as MLB, but they are still very good.
Addictiveness 10: This game is very fun to play. I will play this alongside MLB '12 the Show for hours on end, which equates to myself being yelled at by my mother. This game is so great that you will only be able to put it down if you either lose a game or you win, but nothing went right in your Superstar mode game.
Story : Is it just me, or do I review too many games that do not have stories? This should change in sports games because I believe a storyline for a Superstar mode could add to the depth to the game, making an endless game still endless, but with one ending too.
Depth 10: The game never ends at any time. You can play unlimited games in the various game modes, but you have to do something different each time. If there was a story mode, I would give the depth a ten, but I would give bonus points for the story in my final overall score.
Difficulty 4: This game is very easy, no matter what difficulty you play on. I will score a lot of points while holding my opponents to zero points on the hardest difficulty.
Overall 8.4: This game is one of the best general sports games around. The game offers so much to play, while keeping it balanced enough that you can have fun while you are playing all of the various game modes. While it does not equate to the likes of MLB '12 the Show, it is still a good game that any sports fan has to play.
