As a rule clarification, if a tree has the most votes, it results in a no lynch, regardless of the second highest option.

Honestly, especially after Kiddo pointing out how Mafia-Sided Loose Cannons can't vote, I'm gonna have to go out and vote tj4bigred. I haven't seen him vote once in this whole game, so hopefully this is just a step in the right direction.

I would have already voted tj4bigred but I was worried he might be a fool. But your logic does make sense. I'm a bit more worried about GigaAmorphous's directly anti-town sentiments (or at the very least the most anti-town statements this day). Care to explain how voting for someone who will result in a no-lynch is better than an "infinitely worse" no-kill? Because they look the same to me...

In the context of the conversation I was told I couldn't "vote" when I asked Leggy if I had both a Mafia kill and a Loose Cannon kill if in the event that the Godfather was downed/I was the last Mafia, so I assumed at the time he was talking specifically about night round Mafia "voting". Considering I hammered Totaldramaman in that same round I assume it doesn't apply to day round voting, but.. well, aye.

Nice to see this "day" end quickly for a change.

I did note that sonicmcmuffin did the same "play" he did as Godfather the previous round, but it led me to think at first he was a Mafia power role (y'know,  probably Godfather again), so it's kind of surprising he was vanilla Mafia. Course, it seems "Trying to look like the Godfather" seems to be this round's recurring roletell gag...

The next night may give a clue how many Mafia are left, and what Mafia power roles, if any, remain.

So yeah, I guess I'll update. Not wanting to wait is fun!

About my apparent "anti-town" hypocriticality, I'll be honest, I wasn't thinking that much about it at the time. I just don't like MasterDash, is all.

Nothing to really contribute to the game other than a vote on tj4bigred to hopefully get more info. It's strange how the Mafia isn't killing anyone...

Just graveposting again to say this;

There's a good chance the last Mafia member is a Loose Cannon who dried up his available kills, and that is why nobody died. If this is true it would be the "safest" time to do something such as a Gun-firing (C'mon, are there REALLY no guns left?) or a verifiable claim, as Town roles would be the only people with killing power left in the game, and as such the game would hinge entirely on whether the Town can successfully lynch the last Mafia.

If anyone REALLY wants to test to see if the Mafia can't kill him/her, try claiming your role during this day and see if you live through the night. Of course, this is highly risky...

The other possibility is that the Mafia decided not to kill either to try to find the Researcher, as a WIFOM to provoke town kills, or as a stalling tactic to see if invoking the Potato rule will give them an advantage.

The game is slowing to a crawl again just as it looked like it was going to pick up. I'd like to see some decisive actions done.
