To celebrate my promotion, I'll review another game. And while this review will be a little shorter, it will not disappoint.

Opening Quote:Pirated games...No effort, no budget, and no quality is the norm with them. This game does not disappoint.

Graphics:The graphics...look bad. Sprites lack detail and are sometimes oddly colored, and Sonichu(which is what I'm going to call him, since he looks like a fusion between Sonic and Pikachu)has an odd walking animation.

Sound/Music:The sounds, well, they're stock sound effects for pirated games. The music, is terrible, and not in the "could have been composed better" kind of way. It's in the "I can compose better than this by throwing random notes around" way.

Gameplay:The gameplay...is quite putrid.

So, when you start off, the game gives you a story...Nope! Just kidding! The developers decided that random Pokémon profiles are a PERFECT substitute for an actual story! And, when you begin the game, you get a quite plain screen which says "ROUND 1 START". I didn't know this was a fighting game! Nah, it isn't. Oh, and there's a cheap ripped picture of the Pokémon trainer from one of the GBC Pokémon games. How lazy can you get?

Once you begin the game, you'll quickly notice a few things. 1.Why do they give you TEN MINUTES to beat the level? There's no way you'll take that long to finish it! 2.What is that enemy supposed to be? 3.Why does my character look like a fusion of Pikachu and Sonic? And, before you know it, the controls have killed you. Let me explain...

The controls are far worse than any game on Action 52. Do you know why? The main character is apparently quite independent, as occasionally he will refuse to follow your button presses. As in, during a jump, he will move forward without you pressing the button, and if you walk in a direction, when you release the button, he will still continue to walk in that direction for a second. Also, the Spin Dash? They did put it in there, but it doesn't work, as it doesn't damage enemies, and it simply controls even poorer than everything else. As in, I couldn't figure out how to get it to work properly.

The level design, well, I could design better levels than this. The first level(which is all I was able to play) is mostly flat ground, floating platforms, ridiculously narrow passages, and beds of spikes. Pokéballs(which serve the purpose of rings) are strewn about mostly randomly, and the levels also aren't designed to accommodate the controls. Which means you have to overcompensate for the control! Yay.

As for the depth, there's only a few levels, around 4-6, and there's nothing else. No secret areas, no bonus stages, nothing. There is literally no reason to go back to this game once you've beaten it, unless you want to review it. This is why I also rated the addictiveness a 1.

The difficulty is only there because of the controls. If this game had normal controls, I'd be able to breeze through it. That is, if the level design didn't get me. Oh, I almost forgot, I also might die from the spikes. You see, these aren't like regular spikes, that either kill you or hurt you and then give you a bit of invincibility to get off of them. Instead, if you hit spikes, you will bounce backwards, and if you hit more spikes, you will die, without a chance to save yourself. And that's if you have any Pokéballs collected.

Fun Fact Section:Did you know that a pirate company called Yong Yong developed this game? They also developed a bunch of other games, most with even worse problems and physics. Oh, and the music got worse with the other games. These are the people who screwed up the awesome idea of "SMB3 on the GBC".

Final Verdict/Rating:Beyond terrible. This game really isn't worth your time, trust me.

Final Thoughts:While I'll be reviewing a few other pirated games, this one'll probably go down as the WORST pirated game I've ever played/reviewed. And that's the only thing it'll probably ever do.

Well, that's it. I'll be seeing you later. This is NovemberJoy, signing off.

LOL, sorry to see that you had to play through an entire game that is not worth playing, I can not imagine how you guys do that... I personally don't think that I would have the will power for that kinds of things.

On the other hand, congratulations on your staff position! I bet you were overjoyed, it can be quite fun!

This game, I'll be honest, doesn't look good. Yeah, its a hack, but the game is pretty bad. So I'd agree to say that this game doesn't look nor feel good. Its not that good.

Oh, God... Not this game.

I've seen it in action before, Terrible. Well... Pirate games are supposed to be made in that way.

Also, This game tries to copy Sonic games... So, That's why have 10 minutes to end the stage.

(In Sonic games you have that time limit to complete the Act.)

Bad Pirates = Bad fail game! I hate pirated games, they are made by infamous companies, such as:
Waixing Science & Technology
Yong Yong

This game is stupid, really.

Nice review, keep up the good work and maybe you can apply as a game reviewer in the RGR staff.
