Bombs, bombs and more Bombs!

Back in the day... When the NES was the ruler of all the 8-bit systems. A company named Hudson-Soft tried to get a piece of the cake of success, so, They decided to make his own console... The result: The PC-Engine. Or Turbografx for the rest of the world... As excepted, the console was a big failure... Even with his 16-bits graphic chip... However. This awesome console give us lots of good games... Between those games... Are the Bomberman Games. Today. I'm gonna review Bomberman 93...

Story: The peace of a city has been interrupted... All the energy of it has gone... The Responsible: Black Bomberman. He stole the six chips that generate the energy of the big metropolis...  As well, White Bomberman goes on a chase with his dark counterpart thought the space to  recover the chips, But, his enemy reacts and throws them all. Felling into different planets. He also attacks White Bomberman making him fell into one of those planets. Now, our hero must travel thought every one to find the chips and capture Black for once.

Well, a good story I have to say. (7/10)

Graphics: Excellent, Thanks to the Turbografx graphic chip we can get some Colorful and bright graphics... Animations are smooth and very well made. Bosses are more bigger than in the prequel, also. (8/10)

Sound: Not bad... For being 8-bits, the music and SFX are pretty good. The Bgm of every planet is catchy and fits perfect with the Stage thematic. (My personal favorite: Blossom planet) SFX is the same as usual... Bombs exploding, Power-up sound, etc. (9/10)

Addictiveness: As many Bomberman games... This one is pretty addictive. The story, music and his Battle mode makes it a very replayable game. (8/10)

Depth: The game is pretty long... Only six planets. ("That's short!" you would say.) But, every one is composed by 9 sub-stages. Last one with a boss. Some of these have different traps or enemies... So, you will need to practice some of these before you could finish them. (9/10)

Difficulty: As the most part of the games of the saga... Difficulty is higher when closer to the end of the game... There will be moments where you would want to kick the console cause of it... (8/10)

Final Rating: 9.2

This is perhaps one of the most famous and beloved games of the system... Perfect (or almost perfect) in every one of his details... A good and enjoyable game. Since the Start until end of the same. You should check it out if you like Bomberman games.

That's All!

Bomberman I played for a couple of other games, but I never really played the game on this platform. I played it for pretty much every other platform including Gameboy and N64, but not this. Looks great though. I'll give it a try.
Great review! Keep it up

I love bomberman. I had it on the sega and my ps3, its a timeless classic, never gets old (in the sense of boring)
