Diana4281 : I found Abra the hardest Psychic to train. Ralts was fairly easy to train once at level 6 because it learns Confusion.

There is a Dark type you can catch early on in Black & White. Purrloin? I think that's the name.

Anyways, I know what you mean. Different pokemon types besides Normal and Flying would be nice.

Diana4281 : Oh, I know what you meant. I agree. Having just Normal and Flying on the first route is a bit tedious. Though in Black and White (If you're lucky) you can catch Purrloin before the second route.

I wish they would also change the types of the starters, or at least make them unique and dual type (All dual type, not just fire/fight or Water/steel)

I would like them to make Fighting, Psychic, and Dark for beginning route and for Starters like Grass/Rock, Grass/Ground (Right away, not end evo), Grass/Fighting, Grass/Dark, etc. Also would like to see Fire/Ground, Fire/Steel, Fire/Rock, Fire/Flying, Fire/Dark, etc. And Water/Rock, Water/Bug, Water/Fighting, Water/Flying, etc.

Nikushimi : To be fair, you most likely won't be getting a Dark move til around level 8 or so, and by then you typically have access to other Pokemon, and already past your rival.

To everyone replying with Water, Water is the most numerous amount, with like 110 or so, whicn is basically like 18% of ALL pokemon are part Water.

Bug, is a very underrated type. They have produced some of the better Pokemon in the game, such as Heracross, Volcarona, Accelgor and the Scyther/Scizor line. But many of those come late game or require obscene leveling or trading.

A decent Bug type, introduced maybe the 2nd or 3rd route, and has 2 evolutions. Make it the equivalent of things like the Raichu line, the Poliwag line. Give it 1 stat t specialize in and the rest are average or a bit above.

And for God's sake, develop another Bug move that is decent.

I agree more good Bug types and Bug type moves are needed. Mainly the good ones are X-Scissor, U-Turn, Megahorn and to an extent Bug Bite. Plus the main good Bug Pokémon are the ones mentioned above. So yeah GameFreak please make more good Bug type Pokémon.

I would agree also with the problems with the dragon types. But hey, what ever happened to the ice Pokémon? Now there is a ice/dragon Pokémon, but what about other types mixed in? How about Ice/ Fire type, that would be a interesting mix wouldn't it? I would like some better ice Pokémon and different mixed types now and then.

I seriously think the Pokémon games are perfect the way they are.if the started giving out dragon types before the first gym it would be too easy.get a bagon,evolve it into salamence teach it  dragon pulse,win the game.
