I'm new to the website I have downloaded the plugin and installed it but when I try to play pokemon emerald it just says your game is loading and then stays like that, how long does it normally take to load?

Edit: Just saw this message at the bottom of the window, Error: Failed to download server file version info. what does it mean?

That error message is happening to everyone right now. The pattern seems to be once a week there's a problem like this usually surrounding the weekends but it usually doesn't last for more than a few hours. Its usually explained as being due to "high traffic". I usually check the vizzed's facebook page because they'll post when the site is down and/or people will post comments if they are experiencing errors like these.
I think that's the best method for status updates on site errors. Hang in there... after all, its free! Hope this helps!
