I discovered yesterday that I'm unable to properly play any of the snes games since I updated to the new version of RGR 1.5. This is the error message I receive: IDirectDraw7::CreateSurfacefailed. You should update your video card drivers. Alternatively, you could use a 16-bit desktop or use a non-D mode. After I click ok the game continues to start except that its crunched in size and plays only on the left side of the RGR screen. It's very compressed and maybe only takes up about a quarter of the screen, leaving the rest black where the game would normally be. Since the error message mentioned something about 16-bits, I tested the genesis games but they all work fine. In fact every system works fine for me from the n64 down to Atari. The only one giving me this error message is with the snes and it's doing this for every game I try to play. I don't see how the error message could be accurately describing the problem, because I have played many snes games in the past with no issues whatsoever. The only thing that I can think of that has changed recently is my updated RGR plugin. Thanks for your time and any help would be greatly appreciated

Stevie 764 : The issue you are experiencing is completely different from mine. I don't understand why you post it as a reply to my thread...perhaps you should open a thread of your own for the problems you are dealing with. Cheers
