Gauntlet Legends for the N-64 loads, but it displays a message that reads, Controller Pak 2 is Damaged. Attempt a repair? "A" = OK, "B" = Continue Without Saving.

I double-clicked on the screen to adjust controls, but it didn't work.

Any ideas?

You need to activate the player 2 controller keys, I get this same exact error on The new tetris for N64, this can happen to other games, and controllers that aren't even connected to the emulator! That is a little common. Thanks for the question.

For this actually you'll just press A (Left Ctrl) for OK to 'attempt' the repair; it will then ask the same for player 3 and 4, then you can continue with the game. On the actual N64 the game is saved in a memory card that inserts in the back of the controller, but it's not asking you to repair Controller 1 Pak, so it should save.
