I play a lot of games. I’ve played a fair few, but others out there have played many more games out there. If there were more formats on Vizzed (in which is impossible to do so, due to reasons said before), I could review many more games. But out of the games I’ve played, most of them were really good. I can’t remember ten bad games I’ve played, but maybe that’s because I look for the light in every game. So I wish to post my top 10 list of my most favourite games I have ever played for a home console. Also, I won’t be placing hacks here, only official games qualify to be in this list. Some of these might be as old as the Odyssey or as new as the 3DS, so this isn’t a restriction of just retro games.

Wii Ware:

This game caught my eye with buzzing curiosity as it included you to move water and a cleaver use of physics. This game has quite a bit of creativity in it, and it's a joy to play. The story is that this book, which is talking to you by the way, has been corrupted by "The Influence", and is in need of dire help to be saved. It appears to be a tomb of water, and as luck would have it, there is a small amount of water left. You help and take hold of the book, and tilt the book back and forth to move the water accordingly. You defeat enemies by washing over them, that is when the enemies aren't ignited with purple fire over them. You collect certain power-ups along the way that will help you reach new areas of the book, such as being able to collect up into a ball of water, or being able to turn into an ice cube or a cloud of smoke.

These power-ups are really awesome. You collect jigsaw pieces to unlock mini-games, and they are super sweet. The epicness of the second one you unlock is worth getting the jigsaw pieces for. Oh, I almost forgot to say. do you know what you need to collect in order top get rid of the influence? Go on, guess. Nope, it's rainbow drops. Yes, you need to collect these in order to open up different chapters of the book and rid more and more of the influence. There are also mini-games within the game, in which could result in a pinball game, or something or other, which is a nice touch. One thing I don't quite get is the two different types of lava. There is one, that when in an ice cube form, you hit this lava and you lose a bit of water. Yet, there is the "super lava" that when you hit it when in ice form, you instantly die. What was the point of having these two different types of lava in the game? Was it to prevent cheating of some sorts? I came up with a saying for this. "Super Lava, because it can!" Either way, it's a really fun game, and they mentioned they might make a sequel to this one, and if they do, I will differently play it to see their crazy ideas.

# 10, Mega Man 2, NES:

At number 10, we have the blue bomber in one of his finest NES games ever. This was the first Mega Man game I have ever played, and it was amazing. The controls were super tight, the music was incredible, the graphics were a wonder to look at, the game play was magnificent and everything in-between was great. The story (as I'm sure you all aware of) starts off with Dr. Wily creating eight robot masters to defeat Mega Man so he can take over the world. This game offers both a "normal" and a "difficult" difficulty, with the latter only making it harder by having the bosses have twice as much health (or is it that your weapons are just half as strong?). You can select which robot masters you want to fight in any order, but a certain order will make things a lot easier when you get to the boss. This can encourage creativity when planning what will be stronger than what. But some don't make sense. Why does Metal beat Bubble? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Bubble can rust metal, unless the metal is a non-corrosive material, then Metal wins by popping Bubble. Ok, I kinda answered my own question there. Not sure why Air beats Crash, though. I always love to try and work out the reason of the strengths and weaknesses of these robot masters. it's as much of a work out as a puzzle in Professor Layton.

One reason why this is at number 9 is because of both the level design and the weapons. The level design is unique, with some sort of connection to the robot master, and even making sense along the way. Crash Man's tower was ironic to his abilities to crash and possibly bring down the tower he was on, while Bubble Mans stage was fun and all over the place, going in and out of the water and.....*shivers*....spikes on the ceiling so you have to be extra careful when jumping or BANG! You'll instantly die. I don't get why these spikes instantly kill you, even when you just slightly touch them, and even if you touch the side of the spikes. UUUGGGGGG! They creep me out big time. But Mega Man 2 is a great platformer everyone should play after playing Super Mario Bros.

# 9, Legend of Zelda, NES:

At number 9 we have the elven kid saving Hyrule in this epic RPG. This game has like two sound tracks, but these two are the kind that never get boring no matter how many times you listen to them. I'm glad they did this, as you have to listen to it a lot. The music is a timeless piece that never gets old, even after 4 hours of wandering aimlessly. The story is The evil Gannon has kidnapped Princess Zelda (some legend...) and the Triforce of power. Zelda broke up the Triforce of Wisdom into eight pieces and hid them all over Hyrule, and you need to find them all if you even stand a chance of defeating Gannon. Basic stuff, but what is nice about this story is that the game tells you it if you wait long enough at the title screen. You start off by a cave, and if you go in it, you get a wooden sword. I always thought this was the Master Sword, Take this!". I got a chance to say this in real life for a legit reason, but the person I said it to didn't get the reference.

So you go into dungeons, collect rupees and bombs, solve riddles and collect heart containers. One thing that really annoys me about this game is the conveyance of it all. On more than one occasion, you need to place a bomb by a wall, but this wall looks just like the other walls. How can you tell this one will fall if you place a bomb there? Short answer, you don't. You have to place several bombs around and you might not get anything out of it. And what's more, if you run out of bombs, that's it. You either need to be really lucky to pick some more up from some enemies that might drop it, or spend a long time searching for a shop that sells them, in which might involve you traveling all the way back from the dungeon, getting the bombs, and traveling all the way back to the dungeon. And if you got the placement of the bombs wrong, back to the store you go. This reallllllly annoyed me, as one dungeon involved me to get like 50 bombs, and I kept running out. I could swear that there were some bombs in a room, but I could never get to them. I suspected this as a tease. But other than that, it's a very well crafted game, and deserves a place in my top 10.

#8, Super Castlevania IV, SNES:

Now this is a Castlevania game if I ever saw one. This has to be the finest Castlevania game ever created. I hear the PS1 is better, but from what I've seen, this beats it in terms of controls, music, level design and game play. This is just like the first Castlevania game for the NES, only magnified several times over. Sadly, this includes.....*shivers*.....the spikes as well. UUUGGGGGG! You are Simon Belmont, and you are set out to Castlevania and to defeat Dracula. Most of the game is outside the castle, creating an eerie and gloomy atmosphere around you. When you do get to the castle, you might feel a sense of nostalgia, as there are six castle levels, just like the original NES game. They even remind me of the NES game. You can whip in eight different directions, walk when crawling, and even flip your whip if you hold down the attack button. I find this very helpful for defeating enemies below me, but attacking directly down just isn't possible/just out of reach with the down attack. You also just need to press "R" to use your sub-weapon, instead of up and the attack button.

You can control Simon incredibly well, being able to control the direction you move while in the air. This was a huge improvement over the fixed jump distant in the last three games. You could use your whip to swing to and from places, the bosses were fun and challenging (especially Death), and the level design was fresh. Although I hate level 8 with all my rage, as it is filled with.....*shivers*....spikes. The floor has spikes, the ceiling has spikes, the platforms has spikes, spike here, spikes there, spikes spikes spikes spikes spikes spikes spikes! And they kill you instantly even if you slightly touch them....even the side....Why? Why must such a thing do this? The background resembles a torture chamber, and that is the perfect way to describe how I feel when I play this level. After I complete this level, I feel over joyed and freed from the horribleness of that level. But that really shouldn't shadow the fact this is a great game, and any fan of Castlevania should play it 9or play it again, for that matter).

# 7, Spyro the Dragon, PS1:

At number 7 is the purple dragon from the PS1. It would be an understatement that I love this game. It was filled with secrets left right and center, had catchy music, great graphics for it's times (and might I add there is great detail in the sky in this game), and a some-what good sense of humor. The story is that Gnasty Gnorc (the "G" is silent), is jealous of the dragons of Dragon Land, and hates to be called ugly. He hates the fact that their treasure is so shiny and perfect, that he can only see his ugly mug in the reflection of the gems. So what he does is he experiments with magic, and finds two perfect spells that will sort his problems out. The first one turns all the dragons into a crystallized statue, while the other spell turns all the treasure into his minions to command. Luckily, when casting this spell, a young dragon by the name of Spyro was somehow missed in being turned into a crystal statue. So you and your trusty dragonfly "Sparks" (who works as you life bar) go off to save the world.

The controls are fluid enough, maybe a little stiff at times, but that's very minor. You free dragons by  just touching them, and they are no longer statues. Some give you advice, while some just say "Thank you!", and just go. You breathe fire, and can glide to get to places. When you kill an enemy you haven't yet killed yet, you will be rewarded with a gem (maybe the spell breaks if you kill the enemy form). They can be red (worth 1), green (worth 2), blue (worth 5), yellow (worth 10), or pink if your lucky (worth 25). For a while I've been trying to think of names for these gems, and I think I have it. In order of increasing value: Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz and Amethyst. Just my perspective of the gem types.

You might come across a flying level, in which you need to collect, destroy, or light certain objects before the timer tuns out. This is purely to get more gems, and nothing else. These prove quite a challenge, and you need to be tight with time. You might come across a Egg Thief, in which if you catch, you get the egg. These are important to get to the next world. In fact, sometimes you need to you collect a certain amount of gems, free dragons or collect a certain amount of dragon eggs to continue to the next world. The bosses are interesting, the level design to very well done to make you think there is a secret around the corner (and often there is ^^), and the difficulty is very fair. Very worthy of number 7 in my top 10.

# 6, Rayman, PS1:

At number 6 is the friendly limbless hero Rayman. Before the story line got chronologically screwed, this game had a lot to offer. The music was very matching to the environment around you, the graphics were very colourful and inviting, and the sense of humor was something that would never leave the series of Rayman (quite possible the only thing that is consistent with the Rayman series). And yet, the game was your "hard as nails" equivalent of a NES game. The story is that Mr. Dark has kidnapped the Great Protoon, in which is changing the world as we know it. There is only one thing that can save us now....Rayman! Only he hasn't got any limbs, which was odd as a hero. You need to free each and every Protoon to get to the Candy Chateau to stop Mr. Dark. Speaking of which, Mr. Dark seems to be watching you as you go on this adventure. So instead of viewing the adventure though Rayman's eyes, this is accurately the perspective of Mr. Dark watching and spying on you as you battle your way through the world. that's rather interesting and mysterious. These Protioons are trapped in cages, meaning you must punch them to open the cages (....ok....). So punching is with you at the start of the game, Right? Well, not quite yet, you need the "power" to punch before you can punch.

You need to gain the power to punch before you can use it? Riiiiiight. Ok, so after the first part of the level, you can punch. In fact, this game has an PRG ring to it, as you need to gain abilities to get to certain parts of the level to free more Protoons. The level design is very lovely, and has a secret somewhere in every level. You can meet the Magician if you look hard enough, but you need 100 of these crystal things to take part in a mini game that results in an extra live, and due to the difficulty of this game, that will most likely be lost seconds after gaining it. The difficulty is very hard, but I find the platforming of it very enjoyable. In fact, everything in this game is pretty much perfect. I can't find a fault in the controls, in the game play, in pretty much everything. Even the last level has some particularly epic moments all over it. The only problem, and the reason why it's number 6 and not higher up the list, I can find it the final boss and the ending. It's a disappointment. Lets just say you don't get to fight Mr. Dark, as he flees as you are about to fight him, so don't get your hopes up. And the ending....I won't say due to spoilers, but it's not worth it. What is worth it in this game is everything else, and you should really play the game till the very end to see what it's like, even if the end is disappointing. Not the best ending for a great game, which is a real shame.

# 5, Star Fox 64 3D:

Flying in at number 5 is Star Fox 64 3D for the 3DS, also known as Lylat Wars. I love this game so much. it has amazing replay value for a N64 game. It might be short, but there are different paths you can choose from, making me play it quite a few times to find all the paths to play each level. The game has the most perfect music to match the surroundings and level design ever. The music for Zoness is extremely touching, seeing how the planet was destroyed and polluted beyond anything that has happened before, and the music when Star Wolf appears on screen really wants you to defeat them in a dog fight, and you can just sense the rivalry between them. Sure, the fact of how your team mates ask for help is very annoying, seeing how Peppy gives the advice, yet never uses the same techniques himself. The 3D effects really add something to the game play, and the gyro controls are very nice to use, even though I prefer the N64 controls. The feeling I get for finishing the game with the true ending is just incredible to feel. I great classic to play if you can get your hands on it. The original N64 version is almost just as great. Not much to say, as this game needs to be experienced via game play.

# 4, Professor Layton and Pandora’s

Box, Nintendo DS:

At number 4 is the true English gentlemen in his second adventure. This is my favorite of the entire series so far. Sure, the puzzles seems slightly less enjoyable, with less trick questions and more math related ones, but it's all there, the great cut-scenes, the engaging story, just everything is amazing. It's the subtlety of this game that makes it epic. I want to tell you the ending and what the Professor does, but I just can't due to spoilers. It's a game worth playing to see the ending to. It starts off with the Professors mentor dying at the hands of Pandora's box, at when the box is opened, the person who opens it dies instantly. The box went missing, and the professor and his assistant Luke go on a journey to solve this mystery. What I really love about this game is that the game included a physical ticket you needed to have in order to solve a particular puzzle. I remember spending some time looking at this ticket to get any insight, looking it at all angels, until I got to the puzzle that involved it, and I was still stumped, until I found out the answer. It was awesome. I really wish they do something like that in future games. Apart from that, it's the atmosphere that creates this game. My favorite feature has to be the old Diary, which gives us an insight of a Duke, where a very touching love story was involved. It's an amazing game to play if you love a good story and puzzles.

# 3, Cave Story, Nintendo Wii port:

At number 3 is quite possibly the best indie game to exist ever. This game has so much charm, so much beauty, so much.....powerful story to tell, that it's hard to imagine that this game was just created by just one man, Pixel. The graphics are charming and give a sense of mystery in every room, the music can only be felt properly if you know the story so far, and is only enhanced with the emotions that you feel when these songs start playing. The game play is amazing, the sense of humor is cute and anime like, yet the game can be very very serious to the player when it wants to be. The world of Cave Story is one everyone should join and get engulfed into. It's a free download for the PC, and you won't regret playing the game. I'm not saying much on this game, as the first time you play it is like your 18th birthday or the time you get married. You won't forget it, ever. If you do just one thing today, then play Cave Story. It is so good, that once I could not stop praising it. I kept finding things that were not there before, things that touched me more and more I play it. I almost cry every time I get to certain parts of the game, it's just an incredible trip of gaming. It's a great game. the reason why I have picked the Wii port is mainly because these are home console games I must list, but it also contains extra features to this game that are nice, like a boss rush mode.

# 2, The legend of Zelda Ocarina of time 3D:

I know what some of you are thinking, "Oh darkpower, how could you? Ocarina of Time at number 2? This is the best game ever!", Technology at number 2 really should be the

original Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time for the N64, but then that would mean

explaining everything with the 3D version, and it would basically be a repeat.

Consider it in the list at position 2.5 or something like that. At number 2 is the 3DS remake. And yes, there is a game I love more than Ocarina of Time. This game.....this game.....unnnnffffffffffisjustsoduckingincredible!  When I played it for the first time on the 3DS, after 5 minutes, all doubts, all worries that this would be a waste of time were gone. I was just so engaged into this game. I loved the 3D effect, I loved the controls, I loved the graphics, I loved everything. I loved the conveyance of it, I loved the time travel, I loved the items you collected, everything was like......nothing is better than this! The story is basic enough, but the way the story is told is amazing, especially the Shiek scenes. The angel the camera was at, the music, the words Shiek spoke, it all created a moving atmosphere that nearly made me cry every time I get to one. The final boss is epic, and the ending is very touching. This is a work of art, this is a must-play, this is.....amazing. Apart from the Water Temple and Navi. But apart from that, it's a game that deserves a spot next to number 1. So what is number one? You might be surprised....

Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde for the NES.....na, just kidding, I couldn't resist =P my real number one favorite game:

# 1, The Legend of Zelda Skyward

Sword, Nintendo Wii:
When some people said Ocarina of Time was overshadowed with this game, I half believed them, but I never thought it would be so much better than Ocarina of Time, if you would believe that. When I played this game, it seemed pretty good. Link did Parkour (free running), the 1:1 motion control was very amusing, and the story seemed more like a journey than an adventure, which really added to the effect of the game. The music, great! The boss battles, Perfect! The graphics, incredible! The real thing that makes this game so awesome is the experience of adventure, the experience of a long journey, the experience of becoming a real hero. It truly is a memory to cherish and play. This game is worth every penny and so much more. Sure, it's annoying to go through the long wall of text every time to collect something when you start up the game again, but you get used to it. The way the dungeons were designed were both impressive and fresh. The puzzles are fairly challenging and very satisfying  when you solve them. The bug net makes me want to giggle like a little school girl every time I get it own. In fact, the game including pretty much a piece of every other Zelda game that ever existed. The Harp wasn't as useful as the Ocarina, but it had some uses that almost made me forget about the Ocarina. The whole experience of this game is addictive, adventurous, and fun. It can whittle away the hours effortlessly as you get involved with the world of Skyward Sword. The flying is a work of art, but it's a huge shame the dull void of clouds diminishes the full simulation of flight. I wish there was a POV option, that would have been really awesome. Believe me when I say this is the new greatest Zelda title out there.

And those are my top 10 games. If the list was open to more games, then Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and Mega Man 3 would be in there. So what are your top 10 favorite games?

I play a lot of games. I’ve played a fair few, but others out there have played many more games out there. If there were more formats on Vizzed (in which is impossible to do so, due to reasons said before), I could review many more games. But out of the games I’ve played, most of them were really good.

Here's my top ten favorite games and the reasons I love them.

10. Metroid Zero Mission, GBA

I love this game. It's a great remake of the first Metroid, and it's got tight controls, and it's easy to play. Other than the parts with the Zero suit. (People who have played this know what I'm talking about.) But even that wasn't too challenging. I am a pretty big fan of Metroid. I love their games.

9. Mega Man 2, NES

Mega Man 2 is a really great game. I understand why everyone loves it so much. It's got a good story, and it's a classic. It's just fun to play. What more do I need to say?

8. Mega Man, NES

This game is freaking hard. Am I right, folks? Anyone who has played through this remembers the *shiver* yellow devil. Oh, god I hated that boss. But it was that challenge that made me want to beat that game more. Even Dr. Wily was easy. It's just all around fun to play, and it respects your intelligence. I like it a lot.

7. Mega Man X2, SNES

Ah, the Mega Man X series. A great series. This particular game was very fun to play through. It shows how much more mature this series is than the original Mega Man. It has more plot, and many secrets just waiting to be uncovered. I love this game. It's awesome.

6. Mega Man X3, SNES

This game was freaking amazing. Especially getting the gold armor, and Zero's saber. It's really hard, and it's cool. The only complaint I have is that the stages were generic and unoriginal. But other than that, this game rules!

5. Metroid Fusion, GBA

This game had more plot than any other two dimensional metroid game. It was fun, and it kept you wanting to play it more with the plot. Plus, the game itself is great, the worlds are original, each being right next to eachother, yet being extremely different in nature, and the sweet weapons you unlock. I love this game!

4. Sonic The Hedgehog, Sega Genesis

Ah, Sonic. This game was awesome. I loved the music, and the original stages, the original game itself, and the original gameplay. I've never seen gameplay this fast. It's awesome! Sonic is one of the best games ever!

3. Mega Man X, SNES

This game has been in my life since I was 4 years old. It's the second Mega Man game I've ever played, and will always be lodged into my brain. I will never get sick of playing this game. It's amazing. It's got a good story, and its theme, growing stronger, is obvious. Which I like. It's just... One of the best games I've ever played.

2. Mega Man 4, NES

This is the very first Mega Man game I've played. I always loved this game. It was so awesome. It was difficult, original, and fun. This is no doubt my favorite Mega Man classic game. It'll always be close to me. I can beat it over and over again.

1. A TIE! Mega Man X5, PS1 AND Super Metroid, SNES

Both of these games were epic. Super Metroid has been in my life forever, and Mega Man X5 is just extremely epic to me. I don't know what else to say. These are my favorite games.

Bonus: Mega Man Zero 1-4, GBA

These games are sorta located... I don't even know. They're just some of my favorite games ever. They have the best plot out of all Mega Man series' and amazing gameplay... And we can all agree, Zero is just so cool. Am I right? He may look different, but he's still just as badass in this game as any other.

6.) Pokemon Red Version
7.) Super Mario 64 DS

10.) TIE - Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy IV

[Honorable mentions: Castlevania, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Megaman Battle Network 3, WarioWare: Mega Microgame$, WarioWare: Touched, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, Final Fantasy III, Tetris, Centipede (my first game), Super Smash Bros. Melee, Soul Calibur IV, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul]

Whoa, that was harder than I thought. My only regret is that I didn't add more Castlevania. Anyway, here's some semi-fun facts!:

- Despite being number one, I have yet to beat FFVI.

- Silver was my sister's game and I would sneak to play it when she wasn't around, even though she never played it.

- Honestly, Red/Blue/Yellow are interchangeable.

Oh boy, a top 10 list? This is going to be a challenge...

10. WWE 12 - PS3

I only am listing the systems I have the game on by the way. WWE 12 is one of my favorite games, despite being a wrestling game, because it goes to a stage no other wrestling game has with it's realism. It's still got a lot to be improved on, but in general, WWE 12 is the very best it can be at present time. I've put several hundred hours into it, and from the Road to Wrestlemania to Universe mode, I never run out of things to do.

9. Assassin's Creed 2 - PS3

There will be a LOT of PS3 games on this list, and why not. The PS3 has a lot of great games. Anyway, Assassin's Creed 2 is easily the best AC game in the entire series (until possibly 3. Revelations was very mediocre). This was also the first game I got a platinum trophy in. The story is well done, and despite beating it, I still find myself running on the rooftops just for the fun of it.

8. Grandia - PSone

A very underrated RPG. This game needs to be played by anyone who claims to be an RPG fan. The voice acting is atrocious, but it doesn't stop this from being a fun game. In fact, this game is much more fun than Final Fantasy 7, 8, or 9 in my opinion. The battle system is amusing, and the characters range from ridiculous to unnatural I wish it were a little more free world explorationy, but it's fine the way it is

7. Metal Gear Solid 4 - PS3

I wanted to put the entire MGS series on this list, but I will stick with only this one. MGS4 takes an amazing series, and caps it off with an absolute MASTERPIECE. The score is jaw-dropping pretty, and the cutscenes, while long and drawn out, are full of life. The closing chapter on Solid Snake is no doubt the best game in the beloved series for me.

6. MLB 11 the Show - PS3

I am a baseball fan, and I will ALWAYS be a baseball fan. Every year the baseball franchise gets better, and once 12 the Show comes out, it will nudge this one out of perspective. And 13 after, and 14 after that. It may seem strange to put a sports game on a top 10 list, but such is my way. Im a sports gamer, and love sports games.

5. Final Fantasy VI - SNES

This is the only "truly" retro game on this list, but there's a reason. Newsflash guys, I'm NOT a retro gamer. I love games, but I'm a firm believer in advancement of technology and better games as the years go on. Not all new games are good, but I feel there are more better new games. VI is a godsend in the FF series, and easily the SECOND best in the series for me

4. Final Fantasy XII - PS2

Because this one is the best for me. XII had everything VI had. And more. The story was simple yet complex, the characters were interesting. There was no focal main character. You controlled Vaan, but he was just a guy who happened to be brought along. The battle system was amazing, and Yiazmat is bar none the toughest FF boss I've ever fought.

3. Saint's Row the Third - PS3

The wackiest game gets wackier. I shouldn't really go into too much detail, but everything about this game is just insane. I am loving the hell out of this game, and based on how it ends... I may put it above #2. This franchise has gone a LONG way from being a GTA clone

2. Uncharted 3 - PS3

I cried when I finished this game because I knew it was over. It was the end of my single favorite NON Elder Scrolls Franchise ever. I loved the first game. I cherished the second. The third was the best. So much action and cinematics. So much passion. Drama. Story telling at it's finest. It's truly a sad day, now that Nathan Drake has seemingly left the building, but it had it's finest moment in it's final hours. Thank you Naughty Dog.

1. The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim - PS3

I'm not explaining this. I shouldn't have to. Best game ever. No arguments.

20 Other Honored Guests at the Table

Heavy Rain - PS3

Most cinematic game I've ever played. A total masterpiece. Totally worth getting a PS3 for alone.

Dragon Age Origins - PS3

It's reminded me how a good RPG doesn't need to be all about grinding.

Grand Theft Auto IV - PS3

Niko Bellic is the best hero GTA has ever seen. Place him in New York City. Allow him to go bowling. Best GTA game ever.

Mirror's Edge - PS3

A game all about running basically. Have you ever played a game that had few goals other than to run and jump off rooftops evading authorities?

Disgaea 3 - PS3

Another gem worth getting a PS3 for. Thousands of hours of possibilities. I've played 300 hours. Great RPG, and totally worth a play. Wacky as hell.

Uncharted 2 - PS3

As explained with Uncharted 3, this game is so good it would probably be number 11 on my list... play it. You won't regret it. Just get a PS3. Totally worth getting one for. (I know I say that about all these games, but it's true. Best exclusives. Ever.)

Metal Gear Solid - PSone

The tactical stealth game is so good I've played it several times. Never get bored of it. Lasts the test of time.

Final Fantasy VIII - PSone
Final Fantasy VII - PSone
Final Fantasy IX - PSone
Final Fantasy X - PS2

I'll lump these all together, and simply say that you can't go wrong with any of the 4. All of them are rather good RPGs.

Sonic Generations - PS3
Sonic the Hedgehog - Genesis
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 - Genesis

I've been a Sonic fan since I was like 3. Seriously. This was one of my first series. Generations brought back so many memories.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - PS3
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - PC

Favorite Franchise. Is it any wonder I put Skyrim up top and put these guys here as honorable mentions?

Terraria - PC
Uplink - PC
AudioSurf - PC
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic - PC

I'm not explaining PC games, since I'm not really a fan of PC games in general.

Terraria is 2D minecraft, but way more fun.
Uplink is a hacking simulator. Technologically fun!
AudioSurf is a music game I play all the time.
Knights of the Old Republic was a ground breaking RPG.

Play them.
