That's lucky you got a dress that fits you.

If you end up wanting a different dress some day, you could probably sell the one you have for a few hundred bucks. Hah.

I am excited to buy mine, but also dreading it. Hopefully I can find one that's used, for under $1000. Anything more than that and I would feel just terrible about spending that much on a piece of clothing that I'm only going to wear once. I know it's my wedding, and everything, but I would rather save my money for travel!

Annette : You know that is a smart move. Though say that to your grandma or mother and they would probably have a fit over it. I would do the same if you only are wearing the dress once there is no use allowing it to kill all expenses. Pay attention to the wedding day and the trip those are what count. (If you do summer make sure to pick a slender white loose fit gown so you don't sweat like a pig~)

RequiemHaunt : My grandma and my mom are also thrifty, I'm sure they wouldn't pressure me to spend more money than I want or possibly could. My mom actually sewed her own wedding dress and it looked really beautiful so I'm sure she would understand. Haha
