Hm. Tough call, really. I liked how Sonic X was set in the Sonic Adventure world and the stories revolved around those. Don't think I've seen all the episodes, though. However, for a good cartoon, Jaleel White's sonic voice is unmatched. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog was pretty good; It was funny and is still entertaining enough to watch on DVD today. But the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon that followed (SatAM) had a driving story line, and I always find that more entertaining when a show has somewhere it's going (take Avatar: The Last Airbender, for example). Not to mention it's fun to hear Ant say "Foo-el." lol

hackerman:  I don't think it was an intentional cliff-hanger. But they did wrap up everything from the episodes they had created rather well, even if they had to randomly introduce some stones to do so. I think they just left it open for another season, but got cancelled. Probably would've had a new fiend taking over the place each season. Kind of the recent Wolverine and the X-Men (no clue if you've seen/would care to see that). In that show, they ended with the X-Men pleasing Xavier and solving the crisis that would have plagued the future, but then Xavier tells them the future is run by Apocalypse. I read online that it was meant to be a new crisis each season, but funds ran out. What can you do?
