So i have not been able to have a decent sleep for 4 nights now. when i fall asleep its only for 2 hours then i wake up with a massive headache and then it happens all over again when i go back to sleep. Can someone tell me what to do?

Have you tried sleeping pills or counting sheep? It does actually sometimes work.

Otherwise, just use aspirin to ward off your bad headache.
