I spent a good 6+ hours on the Terminology and Features page. I think I covered most of the terms people usually have questions about, and I'm pretty sure I've covered all the features people would have questions about.

Let me know if there's anything I should add to that and I'll be sure to add it. I want to make sure that the FAQ & Help Center will answer everything any user might be wondering or not understand. (i still have yet to add a link to it from the Newbie PM).
