About 5 or so days ago, I reached out and asked about me being banned. leggy said he would ask the mods about it. And you know what? I got nothing. That shows me how much you guys obviously care about me. That pisses me off. So I'll probably keep re-regging.

Legacy did post some chat logs in a thread, but all the higher ups don't review and look through every little thread.  You yourself should be messaging and apologizing and explaining things, not telling someone else to do it for you.  Unless for some reason it isn't letting you PM the globals or David.  You aren't going to be unbanned instantly because you ask to be.  You did one of the few things that earns a member an IP ban right off the bat.  We'll have to talk this through for a while, and as the site keeps going down sporadically and David is busy trying to fix the new wave of attacks, it could be a while.  You got yourself into this, have some patience as we try to work it out.  5 days isn't very long.

What have you heard?  Every PM in the global inbox gets read in seconds, when a global is online.  Any PM into any of the staff inboxes gets answered immediately by me, and often by the other staff if I'm unavailable.  David does have a large backlog, but of pointless and useless PMs.  The important ones usually get answered within a day or two, as long as the PM title sounds important enough.  Every few days the RGR inboxes get filled with the PMs about RGR stuff that David won't handle, so he goes through the majority of his PMs every few days  I .don't know who you heard that from, it's completely inaccurate.  Local mods don't handle unbanning of serious offenses, sure he might have been nice and say he'd do it for you, but you should try and handle this yourself.

You wanted to leave vizzed bad enough that instead of just leaving, instead of asking to be banned and your password changed, you decided to force a ban upon yourself by breaking one of the strictest rules.  If you wanted to leave vizzed so much, why didn't you just stay gone, or just take a break?  It doesn't make much sense, and it's not something we should just instantly undo because now you want to be unbanned, otherwise what's the point of banning anyone or having any rules and standards?

Because I was tired of people calling me a drama queen for supposedly leaving, and then coming back. I didn't want to come back, yet I knew for some reason in the next couple of days I would be drawn back. Also, I was tired of all the red tape. I PMd David about being banned once, and then it took him forever to respond, asking me if I was sure. I didn't want to wait. I knew I'd attract more attention and get it done quicker that way.
