I'm going to review Sonic Unleashed for the Xbox 360.
I thought that this game, despite what people have said, is a great installment in the Sonic series, that is, if you don't include night levels, which I will be doing seperate reviews of.
DAY LEVELS
Long story short, their fantastic, amazing, whatever way you wanna throw the dice. The graphics are amazing, like nothing you have ever seen in a sonic game before. Plus the level set ups are perfect for playability. I don't care what all the Dan boys say about the game, I think that it's perfect. The music is also great, which Sega has still not let the fans down on. The boss levels are also great, being it throws in the perfect speed settings and what not.
NIGHT LEVELS
If you want an honest review, I think that it wasn't Sega's best plan to include these levels, unless you like playing these types of games. The speed is gone, which isn't much to complain about being that's the point of the werehog, and some of the enemy fights just drag on for too long, and you die before getting half way close to finishing. The music is almost completely missing in these levels, something that doesn't really help out trying to navigate through these levels, and the boss fights are on the verge of bad and somewhat of a genius idea. While they aren't that difficult, they are kinda annoying to go through, especially having little time with needing to press a certain button combo to beat the boss.
I give this game a 7 out of 10, since the night levels kinda ruin the fun of the game.
