Hrm, this makes me sad because it makes me realize that I've forgotten everything I used to know about XChat.

I swear I was pretty good with it before. It's as though I'm just now back to having internet after nine months without it. Oh wait, that is the case.

I'll join up once I remember how to work my favorite IRC program. >.<

Joining has been no problem but I just need to refigure the way to join automatically like I have set up for all the other servers and channels I frequent.

Aha, thank you. I believe I have it set up properly now, though I won't know for sure until the next time I open up XChat. If it doesn't work the only issue would be that I didn't properly set up the connection to the server. Only time shall tell!

That's alright, I plan to keep coming in when I think of it. It would seem I didn't set up the auto-join properly after all, and as I said it would be due to my having set up the network improperly. I wasn't really sure what to put in when adding to the list.

Furthermore, people should feel free to use this thread to help connect them using XChat. Read all of the thread.

XChat is a safe program, personally i recommend it as it is lighter on CPU than Chrome/Firefox, and your less likely to accidentally Disconnect (plus the web based client doesnt allow you to Register Nicks) (Be sure to download the "Legal Modded" version)
