So what was the point?
Did we have fun?
I broke you, and you destroyed me,
We live like this, in harmony.

It's weird to think,
This animosity can,
And is thought of by me,
As pure peace.

I loved you like family,
And you to me,
Things between us were tight,
Things happened.

We aren't so tight anymore,
I lost,
You lost,
Everyone around us lost.

I envy you,
You don't listen to what people say,
I'm a mess, because of that,
I do every little thing

And for what?
To get a little shred
Of their approval,
To wear on my shoulder,

I don't deserve anything I've been given,
I don't want to continue causing hurt.
I don't feel like this is fair,
But I know I gotta keep pushing.

Now I am in a million pieces,
And I can't put myself together.

A million little segments,
A legion of a thousand people,
Telling me what piece goes where,
The puzzle is messed up, I am a freak.
So what was the point?
