Hey guys.

I'm looking for the easiest and best PSX emulator to use, and I'm kinda having trouble tracking one down. I'd like to play Parasite Eve 2.(Game costs INSANE amounts of money, could aford a used handheld with that kinda dough.)

Also, while I'm thinking of it, I think I found a decent file of the game, but I'm not sure if it has all the files needed run in an emulator.(I've stumbled across certain arcade roms that didn't have all the stuff in it for it to run.)

So, if you guys can help me out, that'd be great.
