im 5'9  and weigh 189 . It isn't that hard for me to lose weight  since I have a high metabolism. They all thinks im muscler lol But then I realize that I often runs up 20 steps each day for seven years. I still blame myself for going out to eat at Casino restaurants and enjoying the nightlife   I 'm always running across celebrities though XD i guess i have too much fun hanging out with people.

I am 5'10 and weigh between 155-165 lbs. I don't weigh myself that often so it fluctuates when I do haha. Last I checked I was right in the normal body weight for some one my height according to Canadian Government standards.

When my job was constant shoveling and hauling around heavy items all day I got up to around 175-180 lbs. Damn I miss being in really fit shape haha.

I don't measure in pounds I use Kg so I'm 80 Kg I think.

Okay I use the metric system so my measurements might be a small bit off due to conversions.

My height is 5'3 and my weight is around 104-105 pounds. I am pretty skinny but due to bad eating habits I actually have a fair bit of fat on me compared to muscle. If that makes any sense at all.

thorninside : Thank you for sharing! So few women post in here that it's nice to see. It makes perfect sense. I am about 5'8 and I weighed 115 though I think I'm closer to 111, but I can tell you that I barely exercise anymore so this is more fat than muscle. Also:

BMI is a whole lotta BS. You can be short and weigh above what your BMI measurement says you should weigh and still be healthy. Blood pressure, for example, is a better indicator than weight. Love yourselves and others will love you even more

NotJon : I completely agree, the thing most people don't see is that the most noticeable thing about someone is the level of confidence that they have. It doesn't matter what they look like, if they are glowing with confidence it will be noticed.

Yes, a lot of people don't know that muscle weighs more than fat.

It is good to see someone that knows a good amount about health!

I know a little bit and I read this article/thread/thingy on Reddit that had like over 200 comments and they were mostly very well written and researched comments to the topic which was about posteriors but it eventually grew into a discussion about beauty and the eye of the beholder, what is healthy, why people like what they like, and so on. Also, I read something on tvtropes believe it or not, that raised some of these points as well (can't find it now though).

Confidence definitely goes a long way. I'm a very quiet person when I am not home or around friends, however, people tell me that I give off an aura. One person said that I looked really approachable and easy to talk to (well she said "popular" but I'm making it sound better lol) and everyone seems to think I'm a player for some reason. Remember, I'm barely 110 + I am quiet = pimp? I need to study my math again lol.

I'm 5 feet, and only weigh 86.2 pounds. I'm rather thin.

The regular weight I weigh is 126 lb but the last time I
weighed my self I was 136 lb . I have no idea how much I weigh
now :/ Hope it's not to far past 142 lb . If it is than I'm slacking , need
to stop eating that fast food ( Popeyes , Pizza ) .

I'm 5'10 and about 145 pounds as of now. About a year and a half ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been at roughly 170-175. 

I weigh about 120 at last check, 5'8, so skinny enough. xD

I don't know my height but I think it is supposed to be maybe either 4'11 or 5'1.

My weight is (I think) nearly 110 pounds. One of my brothers call me fat because when I slouch down... It wouldn't look good because... I don't know.

I weigh like more/less 110 pounds! I am very skinny for my height because, I'm 5"10! It seams like I can't gain any more weight.
At lest kids can't call me fat at school

Well, last time I was weighed I was 180; I could be a little less or more in that range.

Well I'm 12 I'm 5 ft 0 in and 91lbs. I'm pretty tall fo 12 years old I'm almost 13 though.

I'm about 5'8" and, last I checked, I weigh 169. I'm on a weight loss kick right now and I'm hoping with enough healthy food and exercise I can make it down to 135.
