In my opinion, Super size me was an excellent movie, and i give kudos to dude for actually going through with it... it sickens me to think i used to eat like that, not quite to that extend, but fastfood everyday.

I liked the film. I personaly do like to eat junk food. But I couldn't eat fast food like that I would probably puke. At most once every 2 weeks is best for me. It's fun to get out with family and have a nice enjoyable meal.

ncstatefanrs : i seem to recall the reason for this was to test mcdonalds claim that you could eat there every day as part of a healhy lifestyle.they had a long list of health advisors who agreed,the funny thing was every advisor he visited begged him not to do it and said they advised less than 3 days a week,some said 1 day,others said under 1 a week and none agreed with mcdonalds.they clearly bribed there advisors.even if your active frequent fast food is bad,its devoide of half the essential nutrients.
