What would be the best team for beating the Elite Four? I have what I think is a pretty good team but I couldn't beat Steven, I was level 48 with all of my Pokemon, any suggestions? Thank you for help.

best team for elite 4 is Blaziken, manectric or magneton, hariyama, gardevoir or kadabra, tentacruel, or glalie, ( Tentacruel learns poison, Ice, and Water) and sandslash. In my opinion.

For the Elite Four and Champion in Pokemon Ruby, have Pokemon level 60-62 and have lots of Max Revives and Hyper Potions and you will be fine for sure.

If you have poke balls catch zigzagoons they'll give you  items ex: rare candies ultra balls super potions...   but you must train hard them because the 1st  gym leader (roxanne) has rock pokemon and they're  super effective against zigzagoons!!!

You can level up faster whit rare candies!
