What if in future games and remakes after Black and White they make the Pokemon League more similar to what is done on the show, like a more difficult version of the Battle Dome in the Battle Frontier from Emerald? Then you can fight the Elite 4 later like when you fight Red on Mt. Silver in G/S/C. If you don't remember, the Battle Dome was where the tournament style battles took place in the Battle Frontier. It could consist of 5 battles like the Elite 4, when you include the champion, and it could have a format like in the show. The first 3 battles could be 3 on 3 and the last two could be 6 on however many you chose to bring (up to 6 of course.) It could be nice to just have something different you know. Since it's a tournament, you wouldn't be fighting the same trainers and Pokemon every time you go to the Pokemon League. There would be alot of variety doing this and that would be kinda cool. Then when you fight the Elite 4 later, they can have really strong Pokemon like you'd imagine the Elite 4 would actually have. Maybe it's just me but I think this could be pretty fun.

It would be pretty interesting to face a variety of different and powerful pokemon and I also wish that everytime you want to re-battle a trainer they have a different variety of pokemon with their favorite one being the strongest.
