Yeah, I kinda do, I do daily sit ups and push ups. Nothing extreme; but enough to build muscle and keep strong.

I didn't use to, but I recently decided to try and lose a little weight and have been working out regularily, but healthy so it's all good. After a couple weeks of this I will probably stop working out as much, but I will still try to keep a steady pace.

alexanyways : All the time. 4 days a week. It's not fun at first, but it's so worth it It became more of a hobby as time went on as opposed to staying in shape and I lift with all my friends which makes it fun and competitive.

I used to during the Summer of 2008. There was this lady that I liked that liked some other guy and being a simple-minded teenager I decided to change myself to appeal to her. I tried to cut bad habits (like biting my nails and fingers), eating healthier, and exercising. I actually got a six pack and all that. I stopped by the Fall time when I realized that it made no difference. I try to go back to exercising a lot nowadays but, I always stop after a week or so. There really is no point; I weigh like 110 pounds. Maybe when I gain some weight or when the seasons change I'll reconsider.

I used to like exercising too much. It eventually became an addiction... but I got over it and now I don't really care much to work out, however I take an advanced weight training class at my high school for an hour and a half every day to keep me in pro-top condition for football and wrestling. I still like to work out, but it's nothing on an addictive level anymore.

I first started bodybuilding sometime around 7 or 8 years ago. I'll admit, I've been on and off over the years. But, what started as something to get into turned into a hobby, and that hobby eventually grew into being a lifestyle for me. More in general, a lifestyle of health and fitness. I don't go a day without thinking what foods are healthier for the meals I eat (although sometimes I do get lazy and eat junk) and that I should be lifting sometime that day. It's been a years since I was continuously lifting. I'm just now getting back into it. Again. Fortunately for me, I retain 85-90% of my strength after a long period of time. My mass is another story. And I'll paste a little snippet of what I posted in Geldra's thread just now-

I go by a bodybuilding program my brother introduced to me years ago (not sure if he's still on it, but it certainly works for me) that focuses on lifting heavier than normal weights with only 6-4 reps (repetitions). Added to that, a really healthy diet is needed to provide nutrients to help my muscles recover faster. And of course, rest.

Bodybuilding, for me, is a lifestyle. No addiction to it (I don't see how anybody can be, but I guess it's not impossible).

Yeah, I work out quite a lot. Every day I try to stick to the usual, such as push up, chin ups, sit ups, and all sorts of other exercises. Unless I'm really busy though, which I haven't been lately, fortunately.

I work out for at leas 2 hours or so everyday. I hit the gym for half and hour and I run for 1 and a half hours every day. I sometimes make my workouts longer. But I work out every day, so yes, I work out a lot.

Yes I do, actually.
I run track, in kick boxing, and gymnastics.
So I have on choice. Being active in the above activities keeps me at size 4!
Been doing it since my teenage years and I still love it.

Sometimes when i have totally nothing to do i exercise for some time. But i hardly need it cuz i already have an almost 6 pack and little biceps on my arms. My feet are very strong too more stronger than my hands. I play soccer most of the time so its useful for me to have strong feet and i am a goal keeper too.

Unfortunately I don't. I guess you can call me lazy. I hate sweating and anything that involves lots of motion.

The only time I work out is when I'm swimming or jump roping.

Gym class kept me fit.....5-8 years ago.
