It might also have a card-battle system if their is a way to make a card-battle system for rpgmaker2k.

there is indeed a way to do both. But not easily at the same time. Which do you want to do more? both require many common events and events. Not to bad of a process tho. I will help you as you go.

when you say digimon, do you mean the first game for PS1 where it follows you around? and you have to train it and stuff? Except with your own monsters or Tomagachi or something? Is there any way you can switch to Rpg Maker XP, cause it's a lot easier to code this stuff. I will help you with the events if you'd really prefer to do it in RM2k. . . Do you have all of the images you need, and the charasets, chipsets, etc?

Well once you get all the images you need then tell me, because it's very difficult to make a game without the graphics, and i wouldn't advice using the premade graphics. . .

It could be done in sphere. I made a Chocobo Breeder game in it for a compitition... I found the compo late, so i had 3 days to make my game... It was text based . But surely it could be done in sphere. I dont have rm2kxp so i dont know if its got like random functions n stuff. The only downside to sphere is that you have to write the code in javascript type stuff. Its easy when you get a hang of it.
