It sometimes happens to me that i cannot open my roms due to a download error. If this happens, then how can i delete my roms? I cannot download them again because those are already in my PC.

You can either re-download it, or you can open up the file folder in My Computer, click it once, and press delete.

This should be where your rom folder is for XP, I'm not sure about vista or win7.
