I'm a metal head, totally... if you look at my list of favorite bands you will notice almost all of them are metal/rock. Not all metal bands sound the same though, especially the newer ones... there is no way to confuse In Flames with Atreyu, they just have distinct sounds. It's true for most metal bands really. I see SOAD as more of just Rock, not metal... I love them and all, but I don't see them as a metal band.

Not to start an argument, but I just want to make a interesting observation here. John, you say you like System, yet you hate liberals... you do realize that System is a very liberal band, don't you? They pretty much took the place of Rage Against the Machine.
