Ground-type Pokémon
Evolved form of Sandshrew (Evolves at level 22)

Sandslash are able to roll themselves into sharp balls of spikes, which can be used to both attack and defend themselves. In this ball form Sandslash can protect themselves from heatstroke, and can even kick up a dust storm. Sandslash is also adept at climbing trees, and is prone to ambush its enemies from above.

Rotom are mischievous, apparently wreaking havoc on electrical appliances just for the fun of it. They like to pull pranks on others, or just shock them. When not possessing any object or when possessing a fan, it levitates when moving. On the other hand, when possessing a refrigerator or an oven, it bounces. When possessing a lawn mower, it rolls around on its wheels.

They also have a neat ability of changing appearances, changing into either a fan, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator, or a lawn mower. Its Ghost type will also change, changing into Electric/Flying, Fire, Water, Ice, and Grass respectively. It doesn't evolve into any Pokemon.
