at e3 as we all know was gimic after gimic with moson contorls sony came out with the move a wii mote with balls at the end in a efort to seel thay told the makers of hevey rain to stop the dlc and make a new verson with the move i hostley thik this is a bad idea but lets start a debate just leve a anser if its good or bad and exspalne

Video game debates and such go in "Video Game Controversy" so I'll move this thread there.

On the subject, I dont like any of these montion controller gimmicks, not the Wii-mote, not the sony move, not the 360 natal (or whatever they renamed it to).
I know nothing about this heavy rain game so I cant tell if this is a good idea or not, but if it means the later game patches will be a forced "upgrade" to motion controls then it isnt a good thing.
Adding the option to use either standard controls or motion is ok, cause at least then you can play the game the way you want to.
That's one major thing I dont like about the wii, there are alot of games that would work great with a "classic" or gamecube controller, but they dont give you the option to play that way

I personally like the wiimote but I think it has to be fine-tuned. My overall concern about motion controllers is... why do we need them? Moreover, where does it end? We're on the way to serious VR and people don't need that and probably can't handle it.

thx for movig the thread i forgot to put it thare but no thay are makig a new game hostitley thear is no reson for it its just to make some green but i hope it fails this is like a pluge on gamig and we need to end it but my main complate is still becuse of SONYS idea alll the free dlc is calld off

Heavy Rain really started off as a great game, but I could never bring myself to finish it. After a while it was just too much repetition and the story really wasn't all the intriguing to me. Remaking new content to work with move may actually help to sell it, if people are at all like me... not that I would buy it, I'm not into the gimmick, but at least it wont be the same boring motions as the original.
