Hey I need some help with my pokemon team if somebody can help me out.

this is my team

Typlosion
Lv.74

Attacks:
Flamthrower
Fire Blast
Fire Punch
Flame Wheel

Item: charcol

Suicune
Lv.74

Attacks:
Hydro pump
Surf
Waterfall
Whirlpool

Meganium
Lv.74

Attacks:
Razor Leaf
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Body Slam

Item: Miracle Seed

Dragonite
Lv.74

Attacks:
Outrage
Dragonbreath
Fly
Twister

Item: Dragon Fang

Rhydon or cloned Raikou (HM Slave)
Lv.74 Lv.56

Attacks: Attacks:
Horn Drill Rock Smash
Earthquake Cut
Stomp Strength
Horn Attack Flash

Umbreon
Lv.52

Attacks:
Psychic
Quick attack
Moonlight
Bite

So if I can get some help with my team that would help a lot.If I get a different fire pokemon should I either get a Houndoom, Arcanine,or Entei. Should I even get a different fire type pokemon, and should I even get a different water type (it has to be able to learn the same moves as my Suicune has. Should I also get a different flying type (it has to be able to learn fly). Her are some of the other pokemon that I have recently caught that I think would do good in the team.

Snorlax
Espeon
Voltorb
Marowak
Eletabuzz
Haunter
Crobat

If you can recommend any other pokemon that I might not have, that I can catch let me know.

DarkHyren : You know what to do, 'cause this goes in the Pokemon section.

Mr.Techie597 : Hm... I think your party's alright, however I would suggest more diversity in movesets. For instance, Typhlosion would die against a dragon-type Pokemon. What you need to do is stray further from their own type for movesets. For instance, I usually limit myself to 2 (maybe 3, but much less often) STAB moves per Pokemon, unless I just can't help it (i.e. the Pokemon learns NO other good moves). idk, it usually works for me, so I try to stick with it... but I don't know what other good moves you could teach Typhlosion. An example for you would be Haunter. It would make a pretty good addition to your team, especially if (assuming this is a real game and not in the RGR) you can trade and get it to Gengar. Haunter's attack stat is dreadful, yet its two types, ghost and poison, are physical in Gen II... so if you use him, def. use some good electric and psychic moves to keep it at its best.

Mr.Techie597 : OK then, go with Electrode, it's fast and you need a good electric type (seeing as Raikou's an HM slave... bad choice IMHO).

I used the clone glitch to clone my original Raikou (that didn't have HM moves, I also have my original Raikou in the PC). Then taught the cloned Raikou the HM moves that I use a lot.Secondly I only used the HM slave Raikou when I need to the rest of the time its in the PC. So I usually used a Rhydon till I got a Larvitar (which I'm going to evolve into a Pupitar, then evolve into a Tyranitar).

Mr.Techie597 : mmkay... lemme think... I think you should pull the original Raikou and teach it some good fighting moves. It's always good to have a quick, powerful electric type Pokemon on your team.

Ok, but which pokemon in my team should I take off then? In you're opinion should I replace my Dragonite with a different flying type (it has to be able to learn fly).

Mr.Techie597 : No, Dragonite's good... ditch the Umbreon is my suggestion. They're not so hot for non-competitive battling (read: battles against the computer), and it's weaker than all the others.
