I've had two sugeries. The first was a hernia operation and the second had something to do with a lymph node in my neck. Both happened when I was under a year old, so yeah...I don't know much about them.

I have had only one surgery ( thankfully). It was just for my touncels though so it wasn't anything important.

I asked for it. This is what I wanted.

Not a single one. Anytime I think I'll require surgery, I'm just too healthy to not really need it. I could have had one when I was a child to fix a birth defect, but I was scared to get it at the time, so I just lived with it. Probably should have gotten it, but oh well...

I was at this party once when I was 17, evidently I wasn't aware there were some people there that I didn't get along with at the time. So we started fighting, long story short, my jaw was broke. It was crazy how this guy got me at just the right angle behind my bottom wisdom tooth. The tooth wasn't grown-in at the time so it was impacted causing a fracture down the center of my chin and serious joint damage to my jaw. So the next day I went to the oral surgeon and for some reason due to complications, I still don’t know why, he said anesthesia couldn’t be done so I was awake the hour or so that he wired my jaw.

A total of 32 shots of novocain were injected in my gums. Since the wisdom tooth wasn’t grown in yet and impacted he had to cut it open then drill it all the way through in order to fracture it into pieces then take them out. Think dental work is uncomfortable? So 8 wires about the diameter of the top guitar string were stitched through my top gum and 8 stitched through the bottom and tightened together; if you clench your teeth together as hard as you can, it was like that for 45 days (with pain killers of course). Funny part of this ordeal is when I went to have the wires taken out I was asked if I wanted novocain, I said no just take them out, because the shots actually hurt more than the whole thing.

I've had only one. I was in my junior year of high school, one night I got a weird feeling in my stomach but figured I'd sleep it off. When my brothers woke me up for school in the morning I literally cussed them out and said I wasn't going because I was in some much pain that I couldn't even stand straight up. Went I got to the hospital they figured out it was Appendicitis and if I had waited just one more hour that I wouldn't have made it. So now I have three little scars on my lower stomach.

M!cH@3l 001 : Well, I have had ten surgeries… I was born with Cerebral Palsy so most of the ten were related to that but I have also had three or four surgeries on my eyes… I subsequently spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals as a child and to be honest it definitely wasn’t enjoyable because what’s worse than going under the knife is the actual rehabilitation that you go through afterwards.

I was always able to go home the day of surgery for the stuff I’ve had done on my eyes but the surgeries related to my CP I would be in the hospital anywhere from six-eight weeks to actually a couple of months depending on what the prognosis for rehabilitation was. In any case I wouldn’t wish any of it on my worst enemy.

I have had 2. There was one where they had to remove a very small lump that was just above my eye when I was young. I also had my wisdom teeth pulled a few years ago. I had to go to a dental surgeon and I was asleep so I count that as a surgery.

I've only had one plastic surgery to my face. I was in a terrible car accident that split my face open a little on the left side. It's completely repaired...the plastic surgeon did an excellent job. I was drugged up during the surgery so I didn't feel the pain until afterwards.

Only one so far. It wasn't a drastic one though. I had to get two of my wisdom teeth extracted.
